How ‘bout:
- Getting back to ROOTS (insurance only covering the UNKNOWN).
- Same tax breaks/group purchase for insurance as employers/etc.
- Kill the electronic medical records (govt doesn’t need to know)
- Publishing medical costs (enough of the ‘we’ll charge AFTER’)
- Expanded HSA
- etc.
NO GUARANTEED ISSUE!
ALL of those have to be done by *Congress*. There is no EO he can order to change any of those.
