Millennials are defined by calendar dates, not birth trends or cultural demographics. It’s a convenient talking point but it incorporates Generation Y(whine) as well in their ranks.

Those who turned 18 after 2000. And on up to the kids of today. What the hell, 35 years of people? That’s not a “generation”.
