Having been to a couple of lectures by the authors of The Bell Curve, I guarantee you, the protestors had not read The Bell Curve. In fact, I doubt they even got through the first few pages. The book is based on data. Without a couple of statistics courses it’s doubtful they would understand B weights, beta weights or standard error.

Oh, I am sure of it.

Statistics to a liberal are akin to a foreign languge. The "Mean" to them is not being nice.
