May I remind everyone how the Penn State scandal unfolded. The world assumed that everyone in a power position at PSU knew about Sandusky’s criminal behavior and conspired to cover it up. Well, the world should apply the same logic to the Weinstein scandal. Punish and push out every cohort of Harvey Weinstein who turned a blind eye. Jail time. Shun them. Let the lawyers destroy them. I’m finding it hard to watch any current TV without wondering about how the actors and actresses got to their position. Who did they have to pleasure to get that role? I don’t see them in their current parts, I see them as desperate wannabes and victims, having to submit to groping and sexual antics in order to get a screen role. Spoils the magic for me.
