What standing do these clowns have? And what harm have they endured?
None, and none.

A sitting President cannot be sued for his performance of duty. Only Congress can exercise that right. Isn’t that the law?

screw their suit
The current U.S. administration should not have to respond
or waste money defending against ANY of these frivolous lawsuits .
Including the ones filed by the STate AG of Hawaii
Screw him

In a sane Rule of Law America this sort of suit would be thrown out by the first judge to see it. Executive Orders are not the Supreme Law of the Land, even executive orders from a black homosexual Moslem President who was all the PC there is.

This case is without merit, and the plaintiff has no standing.
Oh, it’s the cereal state, never mind.

Santa Clara County and its employees sue Trump over DACA
What are these folks smoking???
DACA is illegal since the America Hating, Piece of Work, Imposter Obama made it an executive order, which is illegal and the idiots in Congress did not even challenge this little convenient fact. One of the major reasons we want a change in leadership in the Senate and the People's House.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
WTF. Is was an illegal exec order, not even legislation. There is absolutely no standing despite them probably already having a fix with a corrupt fed judge.

They want to protect their Dreamers and their employees?
Presumably their employees are employed to provide services for all of these Dreamers, proving that they, the Dreamers, are only here for benefits aka welfare!
No Dreamers - no welfare benefits and no need for government employees!
Do the math, no Dreamers = lower taxes to CA!

I cannot even imagine a legal basis for claiming the Federal Government has no authority to enforce federal law against admitted criminals. I assume the foundation of this case is judge shopping and that the thugs on the Left made that their priority.
