Working hard for money is the American way. It is not conservative to bash those that work hard, spend money that generates jobs.

Given driving on a toll road is a choice, and not a mandate, I don't see the problem will allowing people to pay more to get somewhere faster, especially since using gas tax money would mean the roads would not be built for decades.
