Lizz Winstead: "Really Disappointed" In Obama, Clinton For Not Denouncing Harvey Weinstein
On Monday, co-creator of The Daily Show Lizz Winstead told MSNBC's Katy Tur that she is disappointed in former President Barack Obama and 2016 Democratic nominee for president Hillary Clinton for not coming out and denouncing Harvey Weinstein. Winstead questioned why would they have shame.
Tur noted that Malia Obama, the daughter of the president, served as Harvey Weinstein's intern last year.
"They got tens of thousands of dollars, both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. How long can they stay silent?" Tur asked.
