They crossed the Bering straits

They say many of the so called Clovis people arrived fallowing the ice age Atlantic ice sheets in skin boats from Europe. Camping out on the ice similar to how Eskimos do.

Interesting? Do you have a reference? How did they survive? Did they fish through the ice? To freeze the open ocean it had to be extremely cold, what maybe 10 below zero?

There are Viking remains in Newfoundland; unlike Columbus, they actually reached the mainland (centuries before, but they couldn’t protect themselves against the Indians).
