Seeing how it’s in Seattle, this probably won’t hurt his business, but the same law used to persecute the baker and florist should apply to him.

Yeah, it should, but the WA State attorney general is the Chief Persecutor of Christian florists (Arlene’s Flowers in particular) and he would be much more likely to defend this fag then to prosecute him.

The baker and florist cases are predicted solely on state law. A much more powerful law comes into play here: Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits places of public accommodation (including restaurants) from discrimination based upon religious beliefs.
