Why didn’t he book a suite on a lower level such as 12-20.

An upper room would give him more time if security is in pursuit.

Said earlier that he probably could have picked any floor 30, 31, 32, 33, 34....in that stack of special "view" suites.

I think we know for sure that there was someone right below him. Any of those floors would give him the same approximate distance and view.

It would be nice to know how many in that stack were occupied.
