Good article, especially just to refute the NYT thinking that feel good laws that will stop law abiders from committing gun crimes will stop evildoers.
Don’t we see this, macro and micro? Is Kim Jong Un affected by sanctions? Laws? Do rapists stay home at night because rape is against the law? When a human chooses to do evil, laws won’t keep him from it.
