Hacker or foreign governments? I be more suspicious of our deep state

Our domestic state enemies by far out weigh our foreign ones both in severity of threat and chaos to eliminate them. Very sad. The funny part is we pay the domestic ones a huge salary at taxpayer expense to do their damage.
