Also Dennis has his own app where you can listen anywhere, anytime. You could mention this in your intro if you like.
Lately he has done a fantastic job of differentiating between classic liberalism and leftism. People speaking publicly should not keep equating or confusing the two. Dennis is King of Clarity.
However, where he discusses it on the radio I end up yelling in my car that there don’t appear to be ANY real classic liberals left. Leftism has taken over, and all the Gullibles think they are “liberal” because they spout what they have been taught in pop culture: the verbiage of the leftists. Like the obedient gullible expendable tools they have become.
Thanks for the tip. :)
When the Classical liberals, as distinguished from laissez faire conservatives are all gone then the definition becomes what the left wants to call it. Actually the left mostly disdains the liberal moniker now in favor of Progressive. Classical Liberalism can be pronounced dead in the western world outside of perhaps Central Europe, Poland, Hungary, et al.
Prager, Greenfield, and Steyn are my most perused sites. i look at all the others when they come up on FR but I go to those.

Everything he has said today re leftism is so right on. I hope FReepers are listening to this bright, thoughtful man. He helps clarify the truth about the left. Must listen.
Right now he is discussing his disappointment in the Republicans for not supporting the President.
Every freeper should spend just one hour listening to him. If they arent converted as a fan and feel its necessary to hear his concise, clear take on things, Rush is still on the air playing R jerseys vs D jerseys.
Did you hear that AMAZING story last week when Dennis told of the old man in Brooklyn? Nothing to do with politics, but just a great Small World story. On his happiness hour the week before, the same week as the Vegas massacre, he chose for the topic How to not let ghastly things happening to others shut you down completely. Paraphrasing because I was listening while running errands. And in that discussion he shared a story from when he was a small boy walking on the street of Brooklyn.
He saw a teen milkman stumble and his container of glass milk bottles broke and the glass slashed the young mans leg, which gushed with blood. Dennis was so affected by this incident he said he would burst into tears over this guy for weeks thereafter. Anyway, he went on in his Happiness Hour to give some good ways to help others but then let go in order to go on functioning.
Then last week, he said he had heard from a man whose elderly father WAS THAT YOUNG MILKMAN! The old man was astounded to hear that story on the radio. And when Dennis spoke to him, he told Dennis he remembered little boy had brought him a present after the accident. Dennis hadnt remembered doing that.
Nothing to do with anything really, but I thought that was cool. Got shivers from hearing it, actually.
Tuesday's show is starting in a few minutes.

I admire Dennis Prager and listen to his shows and talks every chance I get ... but I wish he would stop the irritating — at least to me — habit of speaking to his call screener or producer off-mike. It disrupts the train of thought and I find the the mumbling, disembodied voice to be an unnecessary distraction.
Another show coming up.

Male female Hour was interesting. Caught the last half hour. I bet FReepers would find his male female Hour interesting. He approaches male female relationships from a very logical as well as from a human or religious approach. This topic today was the difference between having a boyfriend or girlfriend and having a husband or wife.
He was very pro marriage and commitment, and had good logical arguments against those who decline to marry because my parents had a bad marriage or fears of commitment. Lots of FReepers here love to discuss these subjects. He took a lot of callers.
Male female Hour isnt on his show Weds 10:00 am PST if you listen on the radio. I think you can listen to them all from his podcast but I dont know if its on his app, listed under Male Female Hour. Is it?
I assume he was talking to people who live with their boyfriend or girlfriend. Because if you are older and have finances and children, Id think there could be advantages to living apart, finances separate, but still having a relationship. I dont know what prager would say. My kids are more important to me forever than my future boyfriend.
That doesnt distract me at all. What distracts me about some of these talkers is the ones who have dry mouth sometimes so that listening electronically, which is SO CLEAR its like 4D audio, the dry mouth makes clicking sounds that makes me want to pour a cool glass of water over my phone or speaker. Dennis and Rush (both cigar smokers too) sometimes get very dry mouths. Maybe they dont know (Rush has a good excuse) how clicky it sounds listening online.
My late beloved wife and I met in our early forties. She had been previously married. I hadn’t. Neither of us had had children, so no baggage. That was easier. Anything other than marriage for us was unthinkable.
