I could have written much of this letter myself. It is sad to see what has happened to what was a beautiful country and a wonderful place to visit.

Turkey should stand as a warning to all of what happens when you try to make accommodation for Islamic fundamentalism. They are not in the business of making accommodation with the rest of us.
