I’ll believe it when it passes the Senate. But, I’ll take this as some good news.
This is about as consequential as all the times the house voted to repeal Obamacare.

$10 billion in 2018 could send wall construction off to the races - a massive project that would be going about as fast as realistically possible. It would be a boom town effect on suppliers and the local job market for construction workers.
Ballpark figures: $10 Billion would buy about a thousand miles, or half of the total from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean.
Two years like that would substantially BUILD THAT WALL!
