Yeah, it is amazing. Every billing mistake I’ve ever had with a cable provider was in their favor. Every time. Without exception.
You would think if they were truly ‘mistakes’ or ‘errors’ they would be 50-50 or close to it.
Sounds like what is going on in the City of Phoenix with water bills. People in one particular neighborhood are seeing their bills increase by a few hundred dollars and they say they are not doing anything different and they don’t have leaks. They claim to have called the water dept. who tells them nothing is wrong on the city’s end.
