PHILADELPHIA— A onetime challenger to U.S. Rep. Bob Brady pleaded guilty Monday to hiding a $90,000 payment from the powerful Philadelphia Democrat’s campaign in exchange for dropping out of a 2012 primary.

Jimmie Moore, a 66-year-old former city judge, pleaded guilty in federal court to a charge of filing a false campaign finance report, and agreed to cooperate with any investigations related to the primary campaign.

“I don’t disagree with what the government said I did,” Moore told Judge Jan DuBois.

I guess they were both Democrats as this was for dropping out of a Democratic primary.

Another phony election in a Democrat controlled district?

Worked for them in the past — it’s how they snuck Barack Hussein into the U S Senate.

I’m surprised that it’s illegal for a Democrat to do this. I mean, I understand why it’s illegal for a Republican, but this guy is a Democrats — and he’s being prosecuted??

Is anyone from Brady’s “campaign” being prosecuted? And, FWIW, I don’t trust anyone in the judiciary, not one. I hope I never have to use that broken down, corrupt branch of government.

‘illary paid off Crazy Joe to not run against her with a $60 million “book deal”. What a joke. Most real authors would be thrilled with a $60 thousand book deal. Something has to be done about these politician “book deals” and “speaking fees”.

Sounds like they got him for “hiding the payment”.

Maybe he didn’t pay taxes on it or something.

Is it actually illegal for a campaign to use funds to pay an opponent to drop out.

In any event, this guy was a judge. How many bribes did he take while on the bench?

How much money did Ted Cruz funnel off to the iCarly campaign? Wonder what that was all about?
