In other words, a black advocacy group believes that admitting African students is unfair to blacks, because… er… they’re not real blacks. A young man from Mozambique knows nothing of the true black struggle in New York, you see.

Ironically, this was the same problem many Chicago blacks had with Obama when he first tried to make his way on the political scene there in the 90's (Obama was more popular with wealthy white liberals in Chicago than he was with inner city blacks, who preferred Black Panther types to Ivy League grads). As the son of an African immigrant, Obama didn't have much in common with US blacks culturally, so as President he overcompensated by embracing every anti-white organization from BlackLivesMatter on.

President Sheldon Cooper also picked his spouse on the basis of some sort of political-advantage checklist.

So Female - because his gay tendencies would be a huge minus at the polls. And a Black female instead of his usual white girlfriends/pals - also for political expediency.
