Who knows the final story on this guy, but since DEBKA spreads the story it makes sense for me to repeat it and name the source and let everyone read it and make up their own minds.
As we learn more about this guy, we can compare it with what the IS is putting out and what DEBKA is reporting in conjunction with it.
If he’s ISIS he was almost certainly trained by an ISIS cell in the US.
