They just said on Fox News they were fully automatic weapons and illegal. So these weapons ARE already illegal. Don't believe what you see on Faux News. Read for yourself. No, they are not. I know people who own them. I shoot with them. Unless you live in a stupid slave state like NY, NJ, IL, MA, MD, CA, HI, and if you are not a prohibited possessor, and if there is a transferable (previously registered) machine gun available, you can buy it. You will probably wait 12 - 24 months for the ATF to clear the sale, but MACHINE GUNS AREN'T ILLEGAL IN THE US. STOP SAYING THEY ARE.
