The President apparently believes that his agenda would be impeded by prosecuting past crimes by the bureaucracy and political appointees.
That’s a reasonable stance as far as it goes, but there hasn’t been any clear warning to bureaucrats that their behavior from this day forward must be non-ideological.
Trump either takes them down, or they will take Trump down.

Republicans think the liberals will have learned their lesson and change their ways; liberals think they just bought more time.
