Brian Pagliano should be in FEDERAL PRISON for ignoring a U.S. gov't subpoena when he FAILED TO APPEAR before Congress. He's not in any trouble because numerous individuals such as Sessions are being BLACKMAILED to leave him alone.
If you want to know who comprises the Deep State, just pay attention to those who commit serious crimes and NEVER pay any price for those crimes.

Sessions was suspect as soon as he recused himself (without even consulting the POTUS, remember). Then letting Mueller appointed should remove last doubts. Then letting the IRS affair go. Then the impunity of BLM...

Sessions is one of the biggest disappointments I’ve had this cycle. I’d say going back a number of others too.
Here was a guy I thought got it. He not only doesn’t get it, he issn’t even in the same solar system with “getting it”.
Between him, Ryan, and McConnell, they’ve essentially barricaded THE SWAMP.
They all three need to go. I’m so sick of this B.S.
Fundamentally there is a risk to prosecuting Clinton and Obama Administration officials.
That is not to say that it shouldn’t be done, but there is a risk to doing it due to the next time the democRATS run the show, they would invent charges to prosecute Trump administration officials.
Further, the uproar etc. would be complicated to say the least.
As I said, it doesn’t mean is shouldn’t be done. What they need to have is have an ironclad case where there is no question about guilt, no room for politicizing the prosecution as some sort of witch-hunt. They have to plan this out to the last detail.
Everyone here remembers Clinton’s impeachment and how that worked out.

I’ve tried to keep an open mind about Sessions but I can’t do it anymore. Maybe he thinks he is being a gentleman, but all he is doing is telling the American people that politicians and bureaucrats can commit any crime and that is Ok.
I’m done with Sessions. He should just resign and get it over with.
