Bombshell: Insider Drops Bomb on AG Jeff Sessions –He Refuses to Prosecute Obama and Clinton Crimes
The Gateway Pundit ^ | October 1, 2017 | Joe Hoft

Posted on 10/01/2017 9:21:05 AM PDT by maggief

Jason Chaffetz, former House of Representatives member and Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform was on Justice with Judge Janine Pirro Saturday night and he dropped a BOMBSHELL about Attorney General Jeff Sessions:

(snip)

Judge Janine: Ok, why is he not being charged with a crime?

Chaffetz: I can tell you that while I was in Congress and the Chairman of the Oversight Committee, I did go over and visit with Attorney General Sessions and it was one of the most frustrating discussions I had because whether it was the IRS, Fast and Furious, the email scandal that we went through, I did not see the Attorney General willing to just let Lady Justice administer justice and then follow through. I understood maybe the last six months of the Obama Administration…

Judge Janine: Wait a minute I don’t have that much time. You spoke with Sessions on IRS, Fast and Furious. Did he give you a reason? Did he say he was presenting anything to a grand jury? Yes or no?

Chaffetz: No, he basically let me know he wasn’t going to pursue anything on the major cases.

Judge Janine: So IRS, on the major cases? Are we talking about Hillary Clinton, because I haven’t even gotten to her yet.

Chaffetz: Yes, the email scandal of Hillary Clinton. We had Bryan Pagliano. I issued a subpoena for him to appear before the Committee and he said “No”. He didn’t even show up. We issued another subpoena. The US Marshals served it. And you know in my world, if you’re in court, I guarantee you that a subpoena is not an optional activity. We wanted the Attorney General to prosecute him and he said “No”.

“Get Gowdy in there and unleash him”

He’s a quisling. Bring in Jeanine Pirro.

Anybody who is committed to taking on the Swamp would not be confirmed. The Senate well knew Sessions was a limp dick.

The President apparently believes that his agenda would be impeded by prosecuting past crimes by the bureaucracy and political appointees.

Actually it's more apparent that Trump wants Sessions to go but he believes that his agenda would be impeded by firing the establishment insider, Sessions.

“How the hell did he get to be AG?”

Easy. Trump lied to us. He is NOT the “law and order candidate”

A comment at The Conservative Treehouse:

Remember: McConnell arranged to keep the Senate “technically” in session to deny President Trump his Constitutional recess appointment promises, thereby protecting Jeff Sessions.

Misbehavior by politicians is to be regarded as campaign issues only in their eyes and to be forgotten after an election. They don’t want to be seen as being vindictive lest the shoe is on the other foot next time. What they don’t t realize or care, even if they do, is that this suspension of justice creates the very antipathy they condemn during elections. It’s all part of the swamp.

Recall when Trump erupted against Sessions for his recusal, who was it that all together in a primal scream squealed the loudest, but the SWAMP.

The word “impeach” surfaced out loud.

No wonder Sessions is emboldened to TOTALLY ABDICATE his duty and to perpetuate unequal justice. He should be ashamed.

I agree with you, however, the democrats play dirty and will prosecute republicans no matter what and their base will love them for it. Look what they’re doing now with the imaginary Trump/Russia connection.

"Trump either takes them down, or they will take Trump down"

This seems obvious to me. If it's obvious to me he must realize this.

The swamp money tentacles are in many pockets, there is fear in DC, you can bet on it. The good ole boy protective association is working past midnight. All those Boss Hogs know the light of justice may shine on them at any moment while the new sheriff is in town. I just wish the sheriff would appoint some reliable deputies to do their job.

That’s what’s surprising! I’ve meet Jeff Sessions and spent an evening at an event he was attending. There was a speech later during dinner, but the first part of the evening lent itself to lots of small talk, moving around, meeting people.

At that time, even for a man that was a bit shorter than average, he exuded purpose and power. I’m not kidding, it was fascinating to observe him.

He was a man’s man. Every single move he made was filled with a kind of strength.

Wish that Jeff Sessions would make an appearence.

It is getting hard, BUT...we are NOT there in his office, we do NOT know what he is dealing with, I do know from other sites that he is working on immigration, and has a case in Colorado for them using ‘others’ rather than Americans...
