Two international rights groups called on Egyptian authorities on Saturday to halt their crackdown on people suspected of homosexuality following the waving of the LGBT rainbow flag at a recent concert in Cairo.
Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International also urged Egypt, a majority Muslim country of some 95 million people, to call off the anal examination of people detained on suspicion of homosexuality to determine whether they were engaged in same-sex sexual relations.
They said the practice amounted to torture and called it “abhorrent” and scientifically unsound.
Homosexuality is highly taboo in Egypt among Muslims and minority Christians alike, but it is not explicitly prohibited by law. Egypt regularly arrests gay men, with large police raids on private parties or locations such as public baths, restaurants and bars. In practice, they prosecute individuals under such charges as “immorality” and “debauchery.” …

There is no “crackdown” on gays in Egypt. This is fake news created by the Leftist Muslim Brotherhood to make us think that the current regime is authoritarian and repressive. Gay people are in movies and everywhere else in Egypt and many gay movie stars are celebrities. Egypt doesn’t want gay sex and lifestyle shoved in front of children, that’s all.
Even if it’s true, why would turd burglars object to being burgled?
Do they want dinner first? Then a little slap & tickle?
According to historical records, the Egyptians have been buggering camels and boys since before they built the pyramids.
The Egyptian ban on homosexuality is a ploy to placate the Imams, who are the bugger-ers in chief these days. The ban is a political matter, not a matter of morality as it used to be in the West.
So do not mix metaphors.
Egypt bans homosexuality because they like it too much.

One of the reasons Nietzsche hated Christianity was that it “made something unclean out of sexuality”, whereas Islam, many would argue, was sex-positive. One cannot imagine any of the Church fathers writing ecstatically of heavenly sex as al-Suyuti did, with the possible exception of St Augustine before his conversion.
In our Western world where many scientist purportedly believe in Evolution when in fact they do not inside, it is reported that when confronted with a question on this dichotomy of mind, their usual answer is: “I must believe in Evolution and reject Christianity for Christianity limits my sex life”.
It seems then that this promise of sensual happiness and sexual bliss in paradise, not only is the motivator for the Islamic terrorists but it may even be a motivator for our secular evolutionists to join the rank of Islam.
