I believe the USSC let the 9th Circuit Peruta case stand.

The good news is now we have conflicting opinions in the Circuit Courts of Appeals and the USSC MUST resolve it.

There’s no way they can let these conflicting rulings stand.

And, we have Gorsuch on the bench now. Maybe that is why the Court didn’t decide Peruta.

They were waiting for a 9th Judge. And a 5th Conservative.

Thanks for your input! I was just wondering how this current decision would interface with Peruta. SCOTUS here we come (I hope).

Nope. They *should* resolve it. But they are not required to resolve it. They have been extremely unwilling to take another Second Amendment case, especially on the topic of carry outside the home.

I think it is a toss-up if they will.

If Trump appoints another justice...

They *will* take it.
