You know, in thinking about it, when I first moved here two years ago people asked me how I voted and where i went to church. I found that endearing, that directness instead of the political correctness in California.
Anyway, I said I vote conservative. About half the people seemed confused about what that meant and then when I said I vote Republican, they shook my hand and told me welcome. I do think a lot vote Republican just because it’s the thing to do, it’s how their grandfathers voted, etc. (EastTennessee is different from the rest of the south, it was always Republican even during the Civil War.). They’re not aware of the infiltration of liberals in to the Republican Party. Which is sad because I’ll just keep voting in Democrats running as Republicans.
Insurance companies are now investment firms, specializing in bundling Body Mortgages on every US citizen in the now Federal Work Camp.
It’s the no. 1 issue about the election they keep deflecting keeping every US citizen with a millstone on their neck and the Exempt Ones want and know it.
It wouldn’t be dumb. It would be expedient.
“Bipartisan” is Latin for “Submissive Weak Lazy Republican”
Bipartisan = usual BS
Dont worry , McConnell and the other weenies in congress will get right on it, after they wake up at 10:30 AM and spend hours putting on makeup while trying to shake off a prescription drug hangover and after deciding which corporate lobbiest to entertain and get pumped full of special interest spunk, take a nap, take another handful of sedatives, and oops there goes another day, maybe they can get around to it tomorrow
Maybe Trump will veto it!
If not repealed, I vote straight D in 2018.
Don’t vote for D’s. Just don’t vote!
-going full Galt.
Folks, I call the place I purchased in Kentucky two weeks before the 2008 election, “Galt’s Knob”.
Going Galt doesn’t mean sitting around and waiting decades for this stuff to crash. It means recognizing that it will get exponentially worse as the time passes. It is recognizing that the problem is not the elected officials, but the voters themselves.
And the goal is to hasten the crash as much as possible because this can not be fixed until the crash happens.
Period.
I say that because it is pretty obvious that the other side will get more and more violent as they continue to lose and, of equal importance, if there has been no repeal of Obamacare by November of 2018, everyone will have shown their colors by then. The will have had two full years in the majority and will have not done anything to fix an easily fixable problem.
i.e. we will not be in the same political environment we are in today.
Now, if they DO repeal, I’ll step up and vote for every Republican I can because they will have proven they are not the enemy.
I think you do not understand what is going on. We have a communist insurgency in place and our outrage should be focused on demanding justice from the department of justice, and on rooting out the traitors in our Congress no mater which party they claim to represent.
It is clear that the Democratic party has become over run by leftist idealism. It is also clear that many RINOS, are treasonous insurgents.
Voting for Democrats to punish Republican’s is myoptic, how about you do your homework and vote American instead?
Party politics is the problem, not the solution
It’s not that I don’t understand what is going on. It is that I no longer care. I choose my battles. I adhere to the serenity prayer.
I put my money where my mouth is and left seattle in 2011 for a small farm in central KY that I bought two weeks before the 2008 election - and at the time I expected McCain to win!
I’m just observing and commenting on the greatest collapse in human history. I’m hoping and praying it is the time spoken of in the bible as just before the Lord’s return and not just another time like WWII, only worse.
But time will tell.
Yep, the SC ruled the penalties a “tax” but ignored the fact that the bill originated in the Senate.
Sameway Obamacare became law.
I won’t vote for socialist IE Commies no matter what.. Vote libertarian.
I wont vote for socialist IE Commies no matter what.. Vote libertarian.
“Voting libertarian is a wasted vote.”
Voting Democrat is a foolish vote.
Think of it as going galt.
I’m tired of stomping on the brake pedal while our representatives are all collectively either stomping on the gas or sitting it out as our collective bus heads off the cliff.
If the R’s have not actively joined me on the brake pedal by next November, I’m switching to the gas pedal.
Let’s go out in a blaze of glory!
Voting libertarian is a wasted vote.
So is voting for a Democrat!
So is voting for a Democrat!
