My response to another freeper who tried to convince me yesterday that AV acted as a “POW giving a propaganda confession video”:
“Nah.....Hearing Steelers player Alejandro Villanueva apologizing for his “mistake” is like watching a POW giving a propaganda confession video.....watch and see for yourself...it ain’t real.”
In that case, I would have accepted and respected the typical leftist “apology”, “I’m sorry if anyone was offended.”

Alejandro Villanueva was an Army Ranger Captain???? I wouldn’t let that wishy washy confused individual lead me to the mess hall, let alone into combat. He says he did 3 tours in Afghanistan - I am shocked his command did not suffer 100% casualties.
There is such a thing as a wuss Ranger? I never would have thought that. I expected him to give them what for, not retreat to a safe space. I get being a “team player”, but wrong is wrong. Respect gained, then lost.
