Are they going to make him produce a sellable product while in prison to pay for the $100,000 or so loss to the city? Or garner his future wages when he gets out?
Exactly he should also be made to pay for those damages once he gets out or garnish his wages.
Glad he got sentenced, but I wouldn’t feel sorry for the city. Portland cultivates these people.
