College hoops coaches busted by FBI in corruption scheme

The FBI is charging 10 people, including four NCAA basketball coaches and representatives of a “major international sportswear company” with fraud and corruption, the Department of Justice announced Tuesday.
The assistant coaches involved are Chuck Person of Auburn, Lamont Evans of Oklahoma State, Emanuel Richardson of Arizona and Tony Bland of USC.

Merl Code, director of Nike Elite Youth Basketball, also were named as defendants...................I didn't see this in the article. So a Nike representative is involved? Not that I'm surprised. I would love to see Phil Knight and his little pro sports franchise in Eugene, Oregon slammed. I'm guessing that the FBI won't be as intimidated as the NCAA when Uncle Phil threatens legal action when his favorite children get caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
