This stuff has upset me very much...more than I expected it to as I’ve got pretty broad shoulders to take a hit.
But I spent my whole childhood and adulthood without my father and the pain of that never leaves entirely. He died serving in our Military when I was just 4 yrs. old. ....my Uncle also lost his life as a Marine serving....my two sons have served and one still does only as a civilian for the Veterans Administration...saving us tax payers millions because he’s good at what he does!
When I see and hear all this going on with these players, their owners, and such regarding their utter disrespect for our Anthem and Flag I cannot express in words how deeply this cuts.....worse that the media and others are supporting this nonsense.
It would have been better had this come from an enemy...and right now that IS just what they are! What they are not is Americans....because the word ‘National’... federation league (NFL)....which represents ‘our nation’....means nothing to them.
Let the all go to Britain and serve the Queen!!!!

I feel ya. The left’s march to destroy the fabric of our society has been wildly successful. They’ve infiltrated & corrupted all of our institutions...Churches, schools, media, gov and now our pastimes.
I too have lots of relatives that are vets...3 brothers, 3 bil's, one husband, one nephew and several cousins on my husbands side, and some uncles....
look, I'm not watching the nfl...I just can't....I don't miss it...hopefully college will remain somewhat pure but they may even go over to the dark side....
just don't spend money on these brats...no gear, no tickets, no tv packages..
