pulled over for speeding Friday night, and the officer found a handgun inside the vehicle???
Not to excuse this guy, but why would they be searching his car in the first place? Speeding is NOT Probable Cause to search a vehicle ANYWHERE! Either he gave them the OK or this whole case will be tossed for an Illegal Search.

you are probably right, I always Lock my Doors and put the keys in my pocket if asked to get out of my vehicle, and I never give consent for Anything. They always back down and go on their merry way if you demonstrate that you are smarter without pissing them off too much. I also haven’t been pulled over in 20 years
