They definitely have their talking points in sync with the media:
- Trump started it (not capernic)
- What Trump said was divisive (not the NFL dopes’ actions)
- We are the true heroes here (not the vets)

according to fox, former clinton spokesperson joe Lockhart is now the designated NFL spokesperson and fox said that this signals a hard line from NFL to the WH. To me it indicates a prior defacto capitulation of the NFL to liberal politics. That seems inappropriate and it seems justified that NFL be perceived, now, as just another (liberal) political entity.
I am on travel now but when i get back i will renew my earlier investigation into unsubscribing from liberal entities as part of my cable tv subscription, even if i have to pay a penalty for early cancellation (a while ago i signed onto a multi-year agreement). (If they get their money from my cancellation then it might be a wash.)

Hey,pal...wait until the networks go to court stating that the contract they have with you is null and void due to Section 12,Paragraph B which states that deliberate acts by players, owners or the League Office that cause TV ratings to fall allows the networks to walk away from it.
Then let's see how proud you are.
