The “Golden Showers” dossier was used as evidence for the FISA warrant to wiretap Manafort. Therefore all information collected from that warrant can be discarded as “Fruit of the Poisoned Pee.”
We don’t know that yet. It was not the case for the earlier surveillance in 2014. However, we do know that the fake dossier was used to secure FISA warrant against Carter Page (and leaked to the public). He should be suing whoever signed off on that that warrant request in civil court for big money.
