Statement From U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham
U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) ^ | Sep 22 2017 | U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina)

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made these statements.

“My friendship with John McCain is not based on how he votes but respect for how he’s lived his life and the person he is.

“I respectfully disagree with his position not to proceed forward on Graham-Cassidy-Heller-Johnson.  I know Graham-Cassidy-Heller-Johnson is the best chance to repeal and replace Obamacare.

“Obamacare is collapsing in Arizona, South Carolina, and across the nation - driving up premiums and reducing choices.  I feel an obligation to fix this disaster and intend to push forward for state-centric health care versus Washington-knows-best health care.

“I’m completely convinced taking money and power out of Washington and returning it to states to administer health care is the best way to replace a collapsing Obamacare system.  I’m excited about solutions we have found in Graham-Cassidy-Heller-Johnson.  We press on.”

The people who are nuts are the people who continue to re-elect Republicans believing that they mean anything they say at all.

No one in the GOP wants to repeal Oholecare.

No one.

No one.

And they don’t even care if the people who voted for them don’t like it.
Not at all.

Slowly, very slowly, people are beginning to realize if they want their country back, they will have to take it back themselves.

And the next step is becoming increasingly more obvious every day, but it can not be spoken.

Graham is true to form, a Republican who is too timid to throw the punch when all else fails.

Instead of worshiping the past of his "friend," Graham should be livid at McCain for stepping on his chance to emerge as a leader in the Senate after all these years of backing McCain's *maverick* persona.

I'm no fan of Lindsey Graham, but I've watched this one-sided bromance for years. I'm truly perplexed that John McCain, in his dying year, still couldn't muster the decency to back his closest ally and friend in his chance to stand out amongst his peers.

McCain deserves to be shunned, and Graham should be the one to shame him after all these years.

McCain hates Trump. That’s the bottom line.

[It was all Kabuki theater. Nobody wanted this to pass. Certainly not Graham. This was just a show for the sheep.]

You win the thread.

“This was just a show for the sheep”

Doubt it. Senators have huge ego’s, don’t much like having their names attached to bills that go down in flames.

Psalm 139:14, I am fearfully and wonderfully MADE.

And not for diabolical Body Mortgaging. What the seed of the Sadducees and Pharisees and taxgathers want. They did leave decendents.

They still control the money changing, from old, and are counting on deceiving, just as their father from the beginning to steal.

I like many of Jim Reeve's numbers.  But my favorite is Distant Drums.

BS...good cop, bad cop routine...kiss and make up with your buddy.

It’s a game and the uniparty already decided how the vote will go.
