Lisa Marie, Collins McPuke and Rand “What’s winning” Paul are no votes...if you can pull one of them or do a pay off to a Dem Senator from ND by uping there budget for HC (taking it out of Maine and Alaska of course) then maybe Manchin could be the new hero. Mitch doesn’t know how to get things done though so it’s probably dead anyways
