The ‘chaperones’ were primarily ‘church’ groups like Catholic Charities, Baptist ‘human rights’ groups, law firms, etc.
Lots of groups were in on ‘the take’. Compliments of YOUR tax $$.
Yes, I know...but there was AD placed in some newspapers for those chaperones...and pay amount. I think it may have been on FR, back then.
