"Game over. Paul, Collins and McCain are no votes. ObamaCare Now and Forever!"

I think the chances are greater that Obamacare will implode and American voters will learn a serious lesson about liberal deception and socialist policy.Game over.

It may not be setting a precedent, but a court in Texas has ruled that the state cannot prohibit the creation of sanctuary cities. SO- my question would be, "Why not start creating health care sanctuaries that allow for concierge services, HSAs and open markets for catastrophic policies?

Obamacare won’t implode because they keep bailing out the insurance companies. Even though Trump knows it would implode if they quit bailing it out, I’m sure he would rather have a bill passed that at least is heading in the right direction than be blamed for the chaos that would come with implosion.

This is why the President should defy these lower courts until the Supremes determine the validity of the inferior courts decision. The alternative is to have endless lower court leftist judges tie the administration up with cr@p decisions. If the Supreme Court had an honest bone in their bodies they would snatch these insane rulings out by the root.
