We’d better wake up — and stand up for the things we believe in, lest their very advocacy convict us soon of hate crimes warranting societal censure. At the risk of being falsely accused of white supremacy, may I suggest that we all become more civic-minded and charitable and promote the time-tested traditions that have made this nation great and that are designed to improve the lot of all people, irrespective of race, creed, ethnicity or gender?
He's right...we'd better wake up. Too many people laugh off these attacks on our culture as just more evidence of how looney the left is. They are looney but they're also determined, aggressive and now violent.
Unfortunately, it is well nigh impossible to retrieve the values and behaviors that provided America’s past stability and greatness. The horse got of the barn when American courts decided for the abolition of single-sex marriage, inconsistent immigration policy, suppression of religion belief and rights etc. Once lost, those things cannot be retrieved and honored with the universality they once were.
If you’ve had University schooling this isn’t anything new, they have been pretty forthright about the worldview. It goes back to what was called the Frankfurt School, a communist thinktank in Germany. They were kicked out and set up shop in America, at Columbia and elsewhere. They’ve been wildly successful. This was the “Thank You” that Americans received - a blueprint for American deconstruction. Adorno, Marcuse, Horkheimer et al were the architects of “Critical Theory” and deconstruction of western civilization.
Study this, and you’ll understand exactly what has been going on for many decades in this country. When the Soviets were still around they funded a lot of subversion as well. Then the weed seeds of our destruction as it were, were planted as the education system was subverted, the “long march” through the institutions, and now the inmates have embedded themselves like tics in the organizations that ostensibly should be rooting them out. For example, it appears the FBI was in the business of covering up Clintons numerous crimes and felonies, while they and the intelligence apparatus have been spying on Americans and political candidates.
