I was hoping to use them in Paris but they are banned in France? Damn, that is terrible.
Their service is great and so far, no problems.

Ride sharing makes those cities tolerable, but Uber itself is awful at customer service. I’ve had several instances where their customer service (corporate, not drivers) was far less than helpful.
