OK,so he didn't utter those exact words.But assuming that you've given an exact quote here (something I'm certainly willing to do) he said basically that.

"Great global city"? Yup...London,Paris,New York *and* Tokyo qualify."You gotta be prepared for these things." In all-too-many such cities that's correct.But,curiously,not in *all* such cities.

So I'll re-word the indictment and say "guilty as charged."

You don't think Tokyo, New York, Paris, etc. are prepared for terrorist attacks? They wouldn't have people ready to respond if necessary?

I don't like the mayor of London. I don't like what's happening in England with the Muslims. My wife is British. My Grandchildren live in England. But there are plenty of things wrong there without having to make stuff up.
