I am now confident that Mueller will indict Manafort on something. Maybe not having anything to do with Russian collusion, but possibly something like perjury or an old financial crime, or likely something like not filling out disclosure forms completely. With all that has been revealed, he will be under great pressure to deliver an indictment to justify, ex post facto, the spying at Trump Tower. It would be a shame if he were to be indicted for something unrelated to the primary investigation since that would amount to a fishing expedition.
The extensive surveillance of Manafort through the shady FISA warrant will actually help Manafort. That evidence would probably be inadmissible in court, and even if the defense team raises the issue of illicit surveillance of the defendant in court in front of a jury it is likely to reflect very poorly on the prosecutor.
And Mueller is the man who “carried” the American uranium sample, sold by Hillary, to Russia. Now investigating a member of President Trump’s election team. What a FARCE!

How could you possibly think it hasn’t been a “fishing expedition” already? that is exactly what this whole fiasco is about, trying to catch a “big one”, sad to say, Mueller is fishing in a gold fish bowl.
