The REASON Clapper lied about this, again, is that he is trying to prevent momentum building in the psyche of the American people that the Obama cabal undertook felonious political spying.
They must keep the narrative on the the Special Prosecutor and the Russians...in the hopes of ousting Trump before the hammer comes down.
