Clapper should be prosecuted immediately. Sessions will not do it. Appoint a special Counsel into the entire unmasking. We will find out if Clapper knew and was complicit or the more nafarious, Obama/Rice avoided FISA and just tapped whomever they wished. Either way major crimes were committed. Trump needs to act.
