If this constant tough talk actually scared Kim, he would not be firing missiles (sometimes even over our allies’s territory) and exploding bombs on a regular basis.
As I understand it, Kim has been taught from birth that he is a god, can do no wrong and cannot make a mistake. So nothing actually scares or worries him. He thinks he is invincible. So when he finally has his ducks in a row, nothing will stop him from launching.
