You're thinking to small: not merely end it, but:

1. Prosecute those who created it (if it's unconstitutional it is unlawful),
2. prosecute the judges who interpreted it as "good law",
3. prosecute the heads of agencies who, in following orders were failing their oaths.

There's a lot of fun to be had in enforcing the law. (Where fun is defined as something that would make the advocates/fans of the current system screech.)
