That animal didn't care about other people's lives, why should anyone care about his?

No, no! He was a black driver...not an ex con heroin dealer, illegally armed with a stolen gun that tried to run over a police officer while fleeing a justified stop.
Just like michael brown was an unarmed, black teenager and not an adult that had just committed a robbery with violence, resisted a legitimate arrest with violence and attempted to take the officer's gun.
