If you look at the Tropical Floater loop here, click on the box "Fcst Pts" and you will see the eye is following the current forecast track.

Chose water vapor view so that the forecast points in red would be most visible.

For those awake as morning approaches on PR here is a weather station.
Station YABP4 - 9754228 - Yabucoa Harbor, PR is on the southeast shore of PR. It shows its data in Atlantic STANDARD Time. That is the same as EDT.
Be sure the data is reset to English instead of Metric or you will have to convert Meters per Sec to MPH
