I don’t blame the WSJ for this stupid story. It was based on reports from an international climate conference where the U.S. wasn’t even in attendance ... and the sources for the story were representatives of foreign countries at the event.

This is all I have to read to know it's fake news. We know we can't trust the American "reporters," so why would we trust "representatives of foreign countries" to report anything truthfully?
