I'm a bit stunned nothing has been posted on this yet?

This site tends to hang up on me, but I was eventually able to wade through the article.

Good summary of the judges decision, here:

The protestors domestic terrorists should have their heads turned into pink mist the instant they violently threatened the lives of police and others.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is a fifth-column leftist rag covering for the traitorous terrorists.

Funny - no stand down orders to let the thugs ‘vent’?

Guess it’s different when it’s the Mayor’s property getting trashed.

Three things that jump out at me:

1) Heroin dealer.Presumably there's reliable evidence to confirm that description...a conviction,for example.

2) An autopsy report that lends credence to a key part of the cop's account of the incident.

3) The judge made clear that he was only allowed,by law,to consider murder in the first degree and not lesser charges. That statement seems to hint that he might have ruled "guilty" on a lesser charge.

But,having worked for a pathologist at a world famous hospital,I've come to respect their skills enormously. So when the report of a trained forensic pathologist tends to confirm the claims made by one of the key players in a criminal case (prosecution or accused) that,IMO,is pretty powerful stuff.

I haven’t followed this case. I don’t understand the depth and intensity protesting because while police officers sometimes do use excessive force, I don’t think it’s a racial issue. If the officer threatened to kill the guy before approaching, and didn’t approach the car the way training would dictate when the perp has a loaded weapon, it doesn’t look good. But the case was only about first degree murder, which was impossible for a police officer approaching an unknown suspect.

We need to stop the racial inflammation. Take all races out of the equation and discuss these cases, based on evidence.

😡. As soon as the first injury occurs, no more Mr. Nice cop. Dis-assemble NOW or you will be arrested and prosecuted for inciting a riot. EOFS! 👮🏼🚔🚨

Blacks are profiling police officers based on the actions (right or wrong) of a few.

Should we profile blacks based on the actions of many? Should blacks be profiled as murderers, rapists, looters, violent, useless and irresponsible parents, etc.?

They profile but then tell us profiling is wrong?

Lefties did this to conservatives. During the BO Regime. No one in power cared (thinking of female reporter who used to do Fox, maybe a WSJ reporter))

My wife has been waiting 6 months to see U2 perform tonight in downtown St. Louis. This morning she gets a text that the show has been cancelled. I guess they are expecting more riots tonight.

So, I asked myself, “What would Rahm do?”

I can imagine him letting part of the city get trashed. But, allowing the “demonstrators” to get within hailing distance of his home? No f’n way!

I suppose the mayor should have had the officer shot on the courthouse steps at the close of the trial.
