John Jay College became a leftist stronghold in the anti-police movement back in the mid-late 70’s, and never stopped being so.
All it takes is a few hardcore communists and their liberal dupe followers to infest and corrupt a good school.
There is hardly a law school from NJ to New England that isn’t infested including NYU, CCNY, Brennan Center, Harvard, Yale, Rutgers, Princeton, etc.
Just look at the late William Kunstler gang of reds and where they taught. A real eye-opener. Kinoy and Askins, Rutgers. Emerson - Harvard. Countryman - Yale., or vice-versa. Kuby - NY. Kairys - Temple Un. Ratner - NYU, etc.

I grew up in Queens and went to Katlick high school. Half the kids’ in my school fathers were cops. The police commissioner’s daughter went to my high school. John Jay was Kop Kollege. Cram school for police promotion exams. My daughter went to HS in a leafy Boston suburb. Her best friend went to John Jay, so thought she was going to be a kop. Turns out, she turned lesbian and joined the Innocence Project. I doubt she is that naive about innocence anymore.
